Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of California, Los Angeles and have been practicing for 6+ years. I specialize in children, teens, and young adults experiencing life changes, transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and school stressors. I believe that authenticity and trust are essential in building a therapeutic relationship and we will work together to process challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful changes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with getting to know each other in order to build trust in the therapeutic relationship. We will then address specific challenges that you or your child is experiencing and discuss a plan to support your needs throughout the following sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My experience working with children, teens, and young adults for 6+ years gives me insight into the many challenges these populations experience in today's time. I have extensive experience working in a school-based setting which has given me the knowledge and skills to address school related stressors. I believe therapy should be fun and not feel like a chore for anyone. All people are capable of change, and as your therapist I will be another supportive adult to help you cope with life's challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children, teens and young adults experiencing challenges that are impacting their day to day functioning. My clients often are experiencing anxiety, depression, school challenges, or life changes that are impacting their ability to thrive. I help my client's build on their strengths in order to develop more healthy coping patterns.
