I follow the concept that therapy can heal emotional pain, improve relationships and increase self-understanding. Beginning therapy can often be intimidating, but can make a big difference in your ability to cope with challenges or make sense of what has happened so you can gather the skills to move forward. I am open to addressing unresolved or present barriers in your life, guide and help you make sense out of your own thoughts ideas and conflicts (situational).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Facilitating behavioral change. Helping improve the client's ability to both establish and maintain relationships. Helping enhance the client's effectiveness and their ability to cope. Helping promote the decision-making process while facilitating client potential.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength as a provider is being compassionate and empathetic but solution focused. I meet the client where they are at until they are ready.
