Greetings. I have been a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in California since 1997, and received my Masters from California Baptist University. I served in the United States Army as Enlisted, and then as a Commissioned Officer. I was an Adjunct Professor at California Baptist University for 20 yrs. teaching Child and Adolescents Techniques and Child Abuse and Neglect courses.
We can start with an introduction visit to create a solid foundation to build on. Then we can schedule follow up sessions to work on the plan that we create together to help meet your needs.
With over 29 yrs of experience in the field, I am committed to working with the strengths that you already have and finding ways to use those strengths to help build a path forward with confidence.

I’ve been applying CBT for many years in treatment. CBT can help to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Together we will find ways to improve life, reduce stress and strengthen relationships.
Christian Counseling
As a person of faith myself, I support all faith backgrounds. I use my personal experience as a foundation to help build on the strengths of clients. My Bachelor's and Master's degree are from California Baptist University in Riverside. I also taught in the Master's program at CBU as an adjunct professor.
