I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 31 years. I have extensive experience working with adults and children as an outpatient therapist. I am a warm and dedicated professional who works hard to provide insight and guidance to address your concerns and needs. I am client focused and supportive while assisting the client to find the answers to their questions and helping them to gain new tools and strategies to address their thoughts, feelings and emotions. My clinical specialties include: Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Grief. I work with Adults ages 18 - 99 and Young Adults ages 14 - 18.
First session
During our first session I will focus upon the client's reasons for seeking counseling at this time and begin to provide the client with tools and strategies to address their concerns. Subsequent sessions will address the client's ongoing needs and will continue to build upon the tools and strategies necessary for the client to continue to grow stronger and healthier.
Strengths
My strengths as a counselor include the ability to provide supportive, client focused counseling while assisting clients to clarify and address their issues and concerns. I help clients to obtain the necessary tools and strategies to overcome anxiety, depression, stress and grief. I work well with adults of all ages and young adults ages 14 - 18!
