Sometimes it helps to talk with someone outside of family or friends someone whose role is simply to support, understand, and walk alongside you. My name is Eboniqua Smith and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting many children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I understand the complexities of trauma, the weight of daily stress, and how overwhelming today’s world can feel. My goal is to create a space where therapy doesn’t feel like another task on your to do list, but rather a place of comfort, openness, and meaningful growth.
