I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience doing psychotherapy. In my work I promote an online space where all your thoughts and feelings are not only acceptable, but encouraged to be expressed, and where you will be understood without judgment. Through our work together we will identify and resolve unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that may be leading to unhealthy feelings and behaviors. It is my hope that you'll walk away from our sessions more self-aware, suffering less and more capable of improving the dynamics of your relationships.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your unique situation. I'll be open to answering any questions you may have, inform you of my therapeutic approach and promote a open space for you to share whatever comes to mind. By the end of our first meeting, we will have begun building a foundation for our therapeutic relationship and have a general plan for moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a therapist include a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of various therapeutic approaches, particularly REBT and psychodynamic therapy. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive online space where you will feel understood and safe to explore thoughts, emotions memories along with whatever may come to mind. With years of experience working individuals improve their mood, build confidence, and enhance relationships, I am committed to working with you toward self-awareness and positive change.

My treatment methods

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

Using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I help clients build confidence, improve mood, and enhance relationships by identifying and changing unhelpful beliefs. Through structured techniques, we challenge negative thoughts, replace them with more helpful ones, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. This approach fosters self-acceptance, realistic expectations, and proactive changes, leading to more fulfilling and balanced lives.

Psychodynamic

Using psychodynamic therapy, I help clients improve mood, build confidence, and enhance relationships by exploring and understanding unconscious patterns and past experiences that influence current behavior. Through a collaborative process, we uncover deep-seated emotions and unresolved conflicts, fostering self-awareness and insight. This therapeutic approach enables clients to break free from repetitive patterns, leading to lasting changes in mood, self-esteem, and interpersonal dynamics.
