Hello! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I received my Masters from the University of South Alabama as well as post-master's certificate from the University of Cincinnati. I have been practicing for 13 years. I help adults struggling with their mental health navigate their mental health journey with the support and tools needed to become the best versions of themselves.
Our first session together will start with brief introductions that will then proceed to gathering information into the specific challenges the client is facing. This will go a long way in helping me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My strengths include my commitment towards providing quality personalized care through building a therapeutic relationship with my clients. This is achieved by utilizing an empathic approach from a holistic approach while promoting self-care as well as optimal functioning.
I love working with people from different areas of life with a range of mental health concerns. I also work with individuals struggling with persistent mental illness and individuals affected by traumatic experiences.
