About me

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. My approach is open and non-judgmental, giving you space to process and learn about yourself. Self awareness is the foundation of our work together. Emotional regulation will always be the first building block in gaining awareness towards self . I commend you for taking this step toward a better quality of life. Together, we'll process dynamics, experiences, and relationships and their effect on you today. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and emotions are honored with compassion. I'm warm, clear, and honest—balancing empathy with gentle challenge. I listen closely, reflect patterns, and offer practical tools to help you reconnect with your wisdom.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about building a safe foundation. I'll meet you with warmth and zero judgment. We'll explore what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to gain. I'll ask questions to understand your challenges and what's important to you. I'll explain how I work and help you set meaningful goals. From the start, we clarify what you want to change—whether reducing anxiety, healing from trauma, setting boundaries, or improving self-esteem.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by life experience and deep listening. From a young age, I was drawn to people's stories—curious about what shaped them and how they found their way through difficulty. I realized that holding space for others was something I felt called to do. I've learned that thought process that include shame, guilt and judgment towards self may keep you in the same patterns or make it harder to come out of. I will help you identify automatic thought processes that may be contributing to internal and external conflicts.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed. You don't need to have everything figured out—you simply need to be open to the therapeutic process and willing to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and honesty. I enjoy working with individuals who value personal growth and are seeking practical tools alongside deeper self-awareness. Together, we create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and develop a greater sense of confidence and emotional well-being. Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue their healing journey, I strive to meet them where they are and collaborate with them in achieving goals that are meaningful to their unique life and values.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to challenge these patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and practice practical coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life. CBT is goal-oriented and focuses on building skills that help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and other life difficulties more effectively. I tailor CBT techniques to each client's unique needs, recognizing that every person's experiences and goals are different. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
