As a therapist with six years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples—I bring a compassionate and grounded approach to the therapeutic relationship. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we are truly seen and heard. I am passionate about meeting people where they are, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where growth can take root. I believe each person holds the wisdom and strength they need within themselves. My role is to help you uncover that inner voice, guide you through life’s challenges, and gently challenge you when needed to become the most authentic and empowered version of yourself. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or change, I’m here to walk with you as you navigate your unique journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. You don’t need to prepare anything or have all the right words—we'll go at your pace. I’ll start by briefly going over confidentiality, policies, and what therapy with me typically looks like. From there, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable—there’s no pressure to dive into everything right away. This session is also a space for you to get a feel for me and how I work. Therapy is a collaborative process, and it’s important that it feels like a good fit. My role is to support you, guide you, and create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. By the end of our session, we’ll discuss next steps together, and if it feels right to continue, we’ll begin shaping a path forward that aligns with your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, grounded space where clients feel deeply seen and heard. I meet people where they are, without judgment or pressure, allowing the therapeutic relationship to unfold with authenticity and trust. What sets my approach apart is my commitment to honoring each client’s unique journey. I don't take a one-size-fits-all path—I integrate evidence-based practices with a deeply relational and person-centered framework. My approach draws on the power of presence, attunement, and collaboration. Rather than “fixing” you, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, process emotional pain, and move toward a more authentic and empowered life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to work with individuals who are seeking meaningful change and deeper self-understanding. My ideal clients may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, but they are open to exploring their inner world with curiosity and courage. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or a desire for more authentic connection—with yourself or others—you don’t have to face it alone. You might be someone who’s ready to heal old wounds, break unhelpful patterns, or simply make space for your own voice after years of putting others first. You value a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and compassion, and you’re looking for a therapist who will truly see you, walk alongside you, and gently challenge you when needed. I work well with clients who want a grounded, empathetic presence—someone who honors your unique path while helping you access your own strength and wisdom. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or returning to it with a new sense of purpose, I offer a nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and authenticity can flourish.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I am not the kind of therapist who gives advice or pretends to know all the answers in life. I will, however, meet you where you're at and guide you to a place of deeper self-awareness, empowering you to discover a path that uniquely fits you.
