New to Grow
Whole-person therapy for healing, growth, and thriving. At Thrive Psychological Services, LLC, I provide integrative, evidence-based care rooted in the mind-body connection. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessment and personalized treatment, drawing from the principles of clinical health psychology and trauma-informed practice to support whole-person wellness. I are committed to creating a compassionate, affirming space where individuals can explore their experiences safely, restore balance, and cultivate resilience. I offer integrative therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic health concerns, and chronic pain, blending evidence-based and mind-body approaches. Services include LGBTQIA+ affirming care and comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, and diagnostic clarification. I understand how deeply your emotional experiences can affect your physical health—and how pain or stress in your body can influence your mind. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I offer compassionate, integrative care that leverages the mind-body connection to restore balance and promote lasting wellness.
Integrative Mind-Body Focus At Thrive Psychological Services, I integrate evidence-based therapies with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Healing begins when we listen to the stories our bodies tell — and work together to restore balance, meaning, and well-being. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and mind-body interventions to address both psychological and physical aspects of distress. Warm, Collaborative Care My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I see therapy as a space to explore your experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and develop tools to live in alignment with your values. You are the expert on your own life. I'm here to walk alongside you, offering evidence-based tools and a safe space for healing and growth.
As the Owner and Clinical Director of Thrive Psychological Services, I founded this practice to bring together my passion for trauma-informed care and health psychology — creating a space where people can heal and grow holistically. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions. I have specialized training in helping individuals navigate chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, hypermobility disorders (including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), POTS, GI disorders, and other complex medical conditions. Many of my clients are adjusting to a new diagnosis, coping with uncertainty, managing the mind-body effects of chronic illness, or working to improve their quality of life while living with ongoing health concerns. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies to help clients reduce distress, build resilience, and reconnect with the activities and relationships that matter most to them.
