First session
Our first session will focus on introductions and getting to know one another. I will do a lot of active listening as you share your history and the current challenges that brought you to therapy. We will also discuss your goals and expectations for our work together.

My academic and clinical background gives me a solid foundation, but I believe my greatest strength is my lived experience. This allows me to connect with you on a more personal level by offering authentic empathy, compassion, and practical strategies to improve your daily functioning.

I enjoy working with adults who are on the cusp of major life transitions and personal maturation. My ideal client is someone who feels motivated for change and is truly willing to put in the personal reflection and work required for that growth to occur.
