My work is grounded in close listening, focused inquiry, and attention to how experience is organized in the body and in relationships. I am especially effective at helping clients get unstuck—identifying what is actually shaping their choices and responses, often beneath habitual narratives or over-analysis. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, I work efficiently, helping clients gain clarity, experiment with new ways of responding, and build momentum toward change rather than remaining caught in prolonged reflection.

Before scheduling the 1st appointment I offer a complimentary 15 min consultation to ascertain whether I can help you accomplish your goals In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your prior experiences with therapy, and your desired outcome for both this session and therapy overall
