Your initial intake session typically lasts 45–60 minutes and is designed to be a comfortable, supportive conversation where we get to know each other. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health history, medications, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized care plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and confident in the next steps of your care.
What makes the visit unique, is I include you in creating a compassionate, judgment-free space, providing clear and practical guidance, and partnering closely with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.
