About me

Hello I am Richard Novitske. I have been in practice for a year now. I am originally from Chicago but have been living in AZ for about 25 years. I work with both adolescents and adults. I work with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, traumas, Narcissistic abuse, Neurodiversity, OCD. I use the therapies of CBT, DBT, EMDR, as well as other types of therapy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will be about doing an intake which could include assessments. I will also start building a rapport with you as well and get to know you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I consider myself easy to talk to and pay close attention to confidentiality. I also have a good sense of humor and I am well laid back.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

the ideal client will partake in the sessions and be involved to what needs to be resolved. I like a client who explains themselves well and is willing to give information about themselves. The client will be forthcoming of information and talk freely about their issues. I treat my clients with much respect and work hard to help make a client feel relaxed.
