Licensed professional Clinician who has 36 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field. I am proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-centered Therapy. I have worked in Residental, Outpatient and Inpatient settings. I am interactive in the therapeutic process where I engage actively in the clinical process with the client. So, The client is assured that I am on the journey with him/her/them.
In the introductory session, a biopsychosocial will be completed to document background, employment, medical, employment, insurance and family history. A biopsychosocial is a clinical tool utilized to gather pertinent information about who you are, where you come from and where would you like to go in your therapeutic journey.
My clinical interaction and intuitiveness have been the characteristic identified by clients that helps them to address the issues comfortably in my office. My caring nature and understanding have allowed them to discuss the difficult issues that have prevented most from getting help.
