I strive to promote optimal functioning, growth and healing within couples and individuals, by strengthening emotional well-being, connectivity, communication and awareness. In doing so I focus on each individuals and couples strengths and determination to guide the treatment process while alleviating psychological suffering and establishing positivity.
My goal is that you will leave each session feeling supported, uplifted, stronger and more optimistic than before, as you strive towards new beginnings.
My overall focus is to help with healing, energize, and guide you in developing awareness of your inner strengths, by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and utilizing client-centered treatment approaches such as behavior modification, cognitive and humanistic approaches.
