Managing life's challenges can seem overwhelming to tackle alone. Our practice specializes in creating an affirming, compassionate space for those who want to work on relationship stressors, anxiety, depression or carrying the invisible weight of trauma— there is hope, and there is help. We work with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Couples and Families overcoming life's challenges. Here, your identity is honored, your experiences are valid, and your voice matters.
In our first session we can get to know each other and see if my practice is a right fit for you. We like to take a holistic approach in getting to know you, not just your symptoms. We offer treatments for trauma, addictions, anxiety and depression. We also do immigration evaluations and provide letters for transitions, provide letters for emotional support animals and more.
My therapeutic approach is calm, collected and compassionate with all of the patients that I treat and work with. I am an active listener, and once we built rapport and with your permission, I can provide feedback if you have something that your itching to get feedback on. I have treated over 500 patients with traumatic experiences to live healthier and adaptive lives.
