I work with women and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, lack of boundaries, low self esteem and trauma. My goal is to work with you to help you overcome your distressing feelings or situations to feel better! I am here to help you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together I will complete a brief assessment to get to know you better. I will then work with you to develop goals for therapy.

I am an attentive and compassionate listener. I offer empathy through non-judgmental support. My clients often feel very comfortable opening up to me. I strive to foster a connection that’s makes it easy for you to share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help my clients process past experiences and trauma.
