Hi, I'm Angelica, and I'm thrilled to be your therapist on this journey of self-discovery. I completed my Master's at Rutgers University, where I was exposed to a wide range of therapeutic approaches that I've since used to support people in reaching their goals. My passion for helping others led me to serve in many settings, including detox/residential programs for those struggling with addiction, and IOP/Outpatient settings for people working through emotional regulation and stress management.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our sessions. Building rapport is essential to me, and I'm genuinely interested in hearing your story. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and cared for. Trust is the foundation of our relationship. With compassion, open-mindedness, and kindness, I'll be by your side as you explore and learn more about yourself. My mission is to empower you to achieve your goals and create lasting change in your life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Schedule with me so we can begin working on your journey of self-discovery!
