About
Hi, I have been in Private Practice for 25 years seeing Individual clients, and couples ( Gay, Lesbian, and straight). After completing my interships and passing the Board Exams, I began studing with individual psychotherapists and psychologists who's work interested me. That's how I choose my specializations. In my experience its the deeper work that creates lasting change. And courage! Courage to be vulnerable, to trust again, and to give yourself time.
AEDP, the beautiful work created by Diana Fosha, takes the therapy deeper, and in that depth, we can make changes.
Understanding trauma and being proficient in EMDR attachment based Therapy, I help you rewrite your narrative. Applying Emotionally Focused Couples (EFT) and Individual work, I help individuals and couples get unstuck.
First session
In our first session, our goal will be to get to know each other. You can ask me questions and of course, I'll ask you what brought you here, to therapy with me. I will create a safe environment for you so that hopefully you will feel like you can trust me. See you soon
Strengths
I suppose my biggest strength is that I truly love working with people. I like caring about my clients, and keeping them in my mind. And, I like that we can laugh and cry together.

I am well-trained in attachment based modalities to work with individuals and couples in a deep, meaningful way. It is essential that I understand your family history and/or events along the way that have led you to where you are today.
Treatment methods
Attachment-based
I am trained in EFT for individuals and EMDR, a trauma based treatment, both based on your attachment history with your family of origin.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
Trained in AEDP, this beautiful treatment helps take you deeper into your feelings, and helps you heal and move forward.
