Hi, I'm Tyler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and substance use recovery. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your confidence in making decisions, and create a path forward that aligns with your values and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and any other factors that may be impacting your well-being so I can gain a better understanding of your unique situation. We'll also talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy, identify some initial goals, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. While I believe it's important to understand how past experiences have shaped us, I also focus on helping clients make meaningful changes in the present. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in their ability to navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy. My work has taught me that meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and challenged. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood while also gaining the tools, insight, and accountability needed to move toward their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward in their lives or relationships. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, and challenges with decision-making or people-pleasing patterns. I also enjoy working with clients who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply but may feel unsure where to start or how to make lasting changes. Together, we focus on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and strengthening confidence in emotions, choices, and relationships. My approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed or self-doubting toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and aligned with their values.
