My commitment is to help you build self-awareness, strengthen emotional well-being, and feel more empowered in your life. Therapy with me is a safe, supportive space where we’ll develop practical tools you can rely on—not just for what you’re facing now, but for what comes next. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels steadier, healthier, and more fully your own.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Starting therapy can bring up a mix of feelings, hope, nerves, uncertainty, even relief. Wherever you’re coming from, you don’t have to have the “right” words, and you don’t have to carry this alone. My intention in our first session is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and not judged.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe many of us carry experiences—big or small—that shape how we cope, how we connect in relationships, and how we move through everyday life. When trauma and chronic stress go unrecognized, they can quietly influence our thoughts, emotions, and reactions in ways that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or constantly “on edge,” impacting our well-being and the people we care about. Healing doesn’t require reliving or retelling every painful detail. What matters is understanding how the past may be showing up in the present—and learning new, safer ways to respond to yourself and the world around you. One of my greatest strengths is creating a grounded, supportive space where you can feel seen and safe enough to explore what’s no longer working—and what you want instead. Together, we’ll identify meaningful changes, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and genuinely joyful.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I help individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma. If you’re tired of overthinking, feeling on edge, or carrying emotional heaviness, we’ll work together to build coping tools, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.I work best with people who are tired of surviving and are ready to feel steady again. If anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, shutdown, or relationship stress has been running the show—and you want real tools, real insight, and lasting change, you’re in the right place.
EMDR
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. EMDR is one intervention I use to help reduce the intensity of distress and triggers, and I also integrate other evidence-based approaches to help you build long-lasting coping tools and emotional resilience. Together, we’ll move gently toward relief—strengthening self-trust, creating steadiness in your nervous system, and supporting meaningful change at a pace that feels safe, hopeful, and sustainable.
