Hello! Thank you for reading my profile. My name is Karen (She/Her) and I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been in private practice since May, 2018. I enjoy working with adults (18+) who need a helping hand in guiding their lives to the fullest. I use a variety of modalities in creating a care plan that is designed specifically for you. I enjoy working with You as a TEAM, not with me as the director. I'm also an avid animal lover and currently provide a loving home to 4 parrots and a senior Cocker Spaniel.

Strengths
I work best with people who have depression and anxiety, as well as acute and chronic illnesses, grief and loss, life transitions and the LGBTQAI+ communities. I also have experience assisting transgender persons and consider myself a strong ally.
