Whether it is therapy or therapy in the conjunction of medications to get you where you need to be. Allow me to be the person to get you started on your journey. I will not push you to open up, open up when you are ready. But, the sooner you do, the faster we can start working on your inner self. Don't be upset if there is homework.

CBT therapy is an approach to help change the negative thought process and change to something more beneficial, this reflects upon your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and getting a better understanding of the situation or behavior so we can enable the need for change.
