I use soulful authenticity to teach skills and invite clients to experience themselves differently. I create a safe but no-nonsense space where people can be real about their struggles, laugh when needed, while still digging deep into the roots of their pain. Insightful, relational, and spiritually grounded, you will gain a compassionate guide who will hold space for your wounds and challenge you to break unhealthy and unwanted cycles.
My goal is to create an environment where you feel both seen and safe, so you can take a deep breath and know you don’t have to carry everything alone. In our first session, you can expect a space that feels warm and real. You may find yourself laughing in one moment and reflecting deeply in the next but my hope is that by the end of that first session, you’ll walk away with a sense of clarity and direction, knowing that I’m here to truly partner with you in building a roadmap toward healing and growth.
What makes my approach unique is the way I bring together both the clinical and the spiritual. For clients who want it, I offer a thoughtful integration of psychology and Christian counseling, so you can receive care for your mental health while nurturing your faith. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your life to help you move out of shame and into a place of self-compassion, alignment, and freedom.
Clients who meet with me are often navigating grief, a major life transition, or challenges in their relationships and no longer wants to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be coping with anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, fertility concerns, trauma, school-related stress, or difficulty adjusting to changes they did not choose. Often, they are used to holding everything together and may believe they “should” be able to handle things on their own, even when their usual ways of coping are no longer working. They want a supportive space to process what they have experienced, better understand their emotions and relationship patterns, and develop healthier ways to cope. Their goals may include finding peace after loss, communicating more effectively, rebuilding confidence, strengthening relationships, and moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust. If you want to schedule a free consultation to see if would be a good fit for you, call or text me and I will send you a link 561-389-1161.

ACT is used to help clients move from survival to intentional living. Instead of fighting their inner world, they learn to carry it with compassion and keep stepping toward what matters most.
CBT helps clients recognize, challenge, and replace unwanted/unhelpful thoughts/behaviors that lead to low self-esteem, people pleasing, relationship conflicts, and more.
EFT allows clients move from cycles of disconnection and fear into relationships rooted in safety, vulnerability, and love whether with others or within their own internal world
IFS especially powerful with clients who feel stuck in shame or inner conflict. Instead of fighting against themselves, they learn to approach their inner world with curiosity and compassion, leading to healing and greater emotional freedom.
