New to Grow
I am a relational and inquisitive therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with a strong, authentic connection. As a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, as well as challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply curious, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw from an integrated framework that includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Through this flexible and compassionate approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
In our first session, you can expect a collaborative and supportive conversation where we begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll start identifying meaningful goals that feel aligned with your needs, values, and hopes for change, setting the foundation for our work moving forward.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients. I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and authenticity into the therapeutic space, helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. I strive to meet clients where they are in their journey while maintaining an inquisitive and collaborative approach that encourages self-exploration and growth. I value creating a strong therapeutic connection and believe meaningful change often occurs within a supportive relationship. At the same time, I am not afraid to challenge clients when appropriate, offering honest feedback and encouragement to help them move beyond patterns that may be keeping them stuck and toward the goals they hope to achieve.
My ideal clients are adolescent and adult women who are navigating challenging life transitions and experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or substance use. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how to move forward, yet they have a desire for change and personal growth. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking greater self-understanding, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change in their lives. Together, we work to build on their strengths, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools needed to create a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life.
