I am a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker, fluent in both English and Spanish, with over 21 years of mental health experience.

I am passionate about helping clients who are not feeling like themselves gain insight and introduce coping skills that will improve their lives.
First session
During the first few sessions, you will be able to express concerns you may have about therapy and discuss your expectations for treatment. This is the time to focus on yourself, your needs and how therapy can help you.
Strengths
I am bilingual and bicultural. My goal is to provide an open and non judgmental space where we can work collaboratively toward decreasing your symptoms and improving your quality of life.
Ideal clients
My primary focus has been in assisting individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and life changes. I assist adults in finding the best way to address feelings that have caused them to not feel like themselves.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Have utilized CBT with clients who have suffered from Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, OCD, marital difficulties and various behavioral issues. Clients I used CBT with learned to identify their distortions which helped me assist them in finding alternate ways in coping with difficult behaviors/triggers.
