As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and groups within the community as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with people from all walks of life, and I approach every client with respect, curiosity, and a genuine belief in their capacity for change. My goal is simple and steady: to help you move toward a life that feels more manageable, more meaningful, and more aligned with what you want for yourself. My therapeutic style is grounded in the principle of doing no harm and creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I focus on helping clients build practical skills, deepen self‑awareness, and discover new ways of approaching the difficulties they face. I value collaboration — therapy is something we do together, at your pace, with your goals at the center. Outside of my work, I find balance through running, reading, and spending time with my dogs. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, rest, and joy — the same things I hope to help my clients cultivate. If you’re considering starting therapy, I welcome the opportunity to learn about you, understand what you’re hoping for, and support you in creating days that feel more livable and a life that feels more like your own.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is typically an opportunity for us to get to know each other and set the foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, what your expectations are, and what feels most important for you right now. I’ll also walk you through confidentiality, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying treatment goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am comfortable giving space for silence when it’s needed, allowing you time to think, feel, and process without pressure. Silence can be an important part of healing, and I respect the moments when words don’t come easily. At the same time, I understand that we all benefit from a gentle push now and then. When it’s helpful, I will offer guidance, ask thoughtful questions, or encourage you to explore something more deeply. My goal is to balance support with challenge in a way that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals or groups who are motivated to participate in therapy and navigate life's challenges and working towards achieving goals. I enjoy working with those who are open-minded and ready to work towards bettering life. Enjoy working with clients who are willing to work towards goal progression outside of therapy. Enjoy using reading, podcasts, music, as well as other forms of media in practice and always open to learning more from individuals on what works best for them.
