I am a bilingual therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as those who struggle with anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, low self-esteem, and other major life stressors like divorce, death, and moving. I have extensive experience working with children and youth to support their exploration of identity, self-worth, and personal growth.
In our first session, we will go through introductions and I will answer any questions you have about the therapy process. From there, we will dive into what is bringing you to therapy. We will collaborate to decide on a plan for treatment that meets your needs.
With each and every session, I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment to allow for self-expression, processing, and healthy communication.
I love working with teens and young adults who are ready to make changes to feel better, have stronger relationships, and thrive.
I believe that the therapeutic nature of therapy comes from entering into a relationship with someone who is genuine and nonjudgmental. I strive to provide a safe space where we can explore and process current struggles, as well as deep-rooted beliefs about yourself and others, in order to help you obtain a more authentic, satisfying way of life.
