I have experience working with adults who are struggling with navigating life transitions or have other personal challenges related to anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, adjustment issues, parenting concerns, and difficulties in relationships with family, coworkers, or peers. I believe therapy can assist you with gaining a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns to help you enhance your relationships with others and develop a skill set to assist in creating a positive change that aligns with your beliefs and values.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if we are a good match to work together. I may ask questions about your intake paperwork relating to your personal history, what led you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of therapy. As I believe therapy is a collaborative approach, there is not an expectation that you have to share something that you are not comfortable with sharing as this is a rapport building session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe therapy sessions should reflect a safe, nonjudgemental, collaborative approach to assist you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and triumphs to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create the change you want to accomplish in your life. I believe healing begins and true change is made when we feel accepted and empowered to be who we are.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have experienced working with adults who are struggling navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional stress, and having ongoing relationship challenges. I work best with adults who may be experiencing relationship issues, communication difficulties, and struggling adjusting to life stressors or changes within their life. Adults who benefit most from my approach are those who are open to having a collaborative approach to exploring a healthier way to strengthening their sense of self and interactions with others.
