For 11 years, I’ve helped people stop living on autopilot and start living with intention. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and Christian counseling, guiding clients who are ready to confront the patterns that keep sabotaging their peace. My work goes beneath the surface into the subconscious beliefs and habits that quietly shape your life so you can finally bring them into the light, break them, and rebuild from a place of clarity and strength. I don't want you to just cope. I help you design the version of yourself you were always meant to become.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session with me is designed to feel like a deep exhale. This is a place where your story is finally allowed to take up space. I use a narrative‑therapy approach, which means we slow down and look closely at the experiences, relationships, and defining moments that have shaped you. You’ll have the opportunity to talk through the events that molded you into who you are today and brought you to this point where you’re ready for change. Instead of rushing into solutions, we focus on understanding the story beneath the story, the beliefs you’ve carried, the roles you’ve played, and the patterns that have followed you. This gives us a powerful foundation for the work ahead. As you speak, I listen for the threads that reveal your strengths, your resilience, and the subconscious habits that may be quietly steering your life. Together, we begin the process of bringing those hidden patterns into conscious awareness so you can break what no longer serves you and start shaping the version of yourself you want to become. The first session is about connection, clarity, and beginning a new chapter with intention.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a bold, grounded presence into the room. I don’t shy away from the truth, and I don’t ask my clients to, either. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to confront the hard things with compassion and clarity. When something needs to be named, I name it. When a pattern needs to be challenged, I challenge it. My clients know they’re sitting with someone who will meet them with honesty, not avoidance. I’m also deeply solution‑focused. I help people move beyond insight alone and into intentional action. Together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck, shift the beliefs that no longer serve you, and build practical steps toward the life you want to create. And at the core of my work is my bold presence which is a mix of directness, warmth, and unwavering belief in your ability to grow. I’m here to help you break the patterns that have been running your life and step into the version of yourself you’re ready to become.
