Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I always start with an introductory session, during which you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Then, we’ll work together in the following sessions to make these goals a reality for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I integrate CBT, DBT‑informed skills, Solution‑Focused strategies, and mindfulness — but you never force a model. What stands out is your ability to choose the right tool at the right moment, making therapy feel personalized.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve people who feel capable yet overwhelmed—people who are motivated for change but unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, identity exploration, or the lingering impact of past experiences. They value a collaborative, culturally responsive space where they can slow down, understand their patterns, build practical skills, and reconnect with clarity, balance, and emotional resilience.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT teaches you how to: Notice your thoughts — catching the automatic ideas your mind throws out Check those thoughts — asking whether they’re accurate or helpful Practice new actions — small steps that help your brain learn new patterns Build coping skills — tools you can use in real life, not just in therapy

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is a type of therapy that helps you manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and build a life that feels more stable and meaningful.

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy is a flexible approach in which the therapist draws on tools from different therapies—such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or solution‑focused work—depending on what you need in the moment. Instead of sticking to a single strict method, the therapist chooses the approach that will be most useful for your goals, personality, and situation.
