Hello, I’m Dr. Campbell, and I’m delighted to welcome you! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of experience, my mission is to empower individuals through a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I am passionate about helping people create meaningful, positive change in their lives. That happens through a lot of hard work, tears, and laughter.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session a client could expect an introduction, getting the details on the reasons why you wanted to start therapy. As well as learning what you like to do and music they listen too.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where you can explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and develop effective strategies to navigate life’s complexities. Together, we’ll build a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship focused on your growth and success.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, addressing a wide array of challenges. Some of challenges include: self identity and purpose, anxiety, depression, loneliness and isolation, societal expectations and more. My approach is grounded in the belief that each individual has unique strengths and inherent potential that we can tap into to build resilience, enhance well-being, and foster personal growth.
