As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of experience, my mission is to empower individuals through a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I am passionate about helping people create meaningful, positive change in their lives. That happens through a lot of hard work, tears, and laughter.

Some of challenges include: self identity and purpose, anxiety, depression, loneliness and isolation, societal expectations and more. My approach is grounded in the belief that each individual has unique strengths and inherent potential that we can tap into to build resilience, enhance well-being, and foster personal growth.
