As a trauma trained therapist, I approach issues from a mind, body, spirit perspective. This method of therapy allows for a flexible, client centered, strength based perspective. The client is open to exploring issues met with safety and validation. There is hope and healing on the other side of trauma. Together we will look at the roots, responses and thoughts that are interwoven in your process and work to achieve your therpay goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is kind of fun. I use art/drawing methods for assessing anxiety and depression and goals. In a matter of minutes you will see your issues on paper and we can set goals of addressing those together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths would be listening, empathy and compassion. Walking alongside of others while they work through difficult distress is so important.
