Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together we will have a brief introduction. I will then have you describe what challenges you are facing and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We can then begin working on a plan to help you achieve the goals we will set together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have 17 years experience in mental health working with psychosis, depressive and anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I am kind and compassionate to those who suffer from these mental health concerns. I am never judgmental and chances are good because I have worked with so many, that I have treated someone with something similar to what you are dealing with. I provide a warm, caring and safe environment for you to truly be yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals from the teen years through adulthood. If you desire to change your mental health and are motivated to put in the work to do so, I am here to guide you on that journey. Even if you aren't sure what that looks like, let's figure it out together. Helping you learn to manage your mental health and life circumstances is what I am here for.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have 18 years experience working with adults and children providing cognitive behavioral therapy. I teach clients how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interrelated and how all of these impact mood. I also work with clients to help them discover core beliefs about themselves and how this impacts mental health.
