Many of my clients struggle with focus, procrastination, forgetfulness, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty keeping up with work or daily responsibilities. They often feel frustrated, misunderstood, or mentally exhausted from trying to “keep it together.” As a board certified Psychiatry Mental Health Professional, a thorough ADHD assessments and evidence-based treatment, including medication management and practical strategies to improve attention, organization, and productivity are provided. In addition, treating co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and burnout, which commonly overlap with ADHD. My goal is to help you gain clarity, improve performance, and feel more in control of your day-to-day life with a treatment plan that is both effective and realistic.
Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free space where we focus on getting to know you and what you’ve been going through. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are. We’ll talk about your symptoms, stressors, and goals, and I’ll guide the conversation so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll start creating a plan to help you feel better, more focused, and more in control. You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of next steps and support moving forward.
Clients often appreciate that I am straightforward, attentive, and solution-focused. I take time to listen, but I also guide sessions in a way that leads to clear next steps. Many clients begin to notice improvements in focus, mood stability, and overall clarity within a short period of consistent care.
I work best with adolescents and adults who are motivated to feel better but feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, difficulty focusing, or constant mental fatigue. Many of my clients are busy professionals, parents, or students who are trying to manage multiple responsibilities while struggling internally. They often describe feeling stuck, unmotivated, easily distracted, or emotionally drained despite doing their best to keep up. Some are navigating ADHD, burnout, or mood instability, while others are simply looking for clarity and balance in their daily lives. My ideal clients are open to guidance, willing to explore treatment options, and ready to take practical steps toward improving their mental health, focus, and overall functioning.
