New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is supportive but direct, helping you better understand what is getting in your way while building practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life. I focus on creating a space where you feel understood while also helping you move forward with clarity and purpose.
In our first session, we will take time to understand your concerns, your goals, and what you are hoping to gain from therapy. I will guide the conversation with questions to help us build a clear starting point, while also making sure you feel comfortable and understood.
I bring a mix of support, honesty, and accountability to my work. I use humor to keep sessions natural and approachable, while also helping you stay focused and follow through on your goals. I am both supportive and direct. I will be in your corner, but I will also challenge you when needed so you can actually make progress. I focus on helping you understand your patterns, build structure where you need it, and develop realistic strategies for managing anxiety, ADHD, and day-to-day demands. My work is especially helpful for clients who feel overwhelmed or stuck and are ready to move forward in a way that is practical and sustainable.
I work best with individuals who are motivated for growth and ready to better understand what is getting in their way. Many of my clients are managing anxiety, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed, even if things look “fine” on the outside. They are often looking for practical tools to improve focus, regulate emotions, and feel more in control of their daily lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so you can challenge unhelpful patterns and respond in more effective, realistic ways.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness to help you stay grounded, manage stress in the moment, and respond more intentionally instead of reacting.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use ACT to help you accept difficult thoughts, emotions and events while building skills to stay present and take action that aligns with your values.
Strength-Based
I focus on what’s already working for you and build on your existing strengths to create progress you can sustain.
Supportive
I provide a consistent, nonjudgmental space where you can process challenges while also gaining clarity and direction.
