What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and setting the stage for our work together. You'll have the opportunity to share your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and your expectations. I'll also take some time to gather information about your psychosocial history, including your upbringing, cultural background, relationships, and significant life events. Towards the end of the session, we'll assess whether we're a good fit for each other. If so, we'll collaborate to set realistic and achievable goals for our work together. We'll lay the groundwork for future sessions focused on addressing your challenges and fostering growth and healing.

I excel at cultivating a therapeutic environment that is both empowering and nurturing, where clients feel empowered to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions and to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
