I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, fully licensed in Ohio. My approach to mental health is Person-Centered Care, Empathetic, and Nonjudgmental. I have many years of experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various mental disorders, including Depression, Anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and more.
I believe in starting slow and small, setting specific and attainable goals within a reasonable timeframe based on individual strengths and limitations.

First session
In our first session, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and concerns. I create a safe space where you can share openly, and together we'll begin mapping out goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.

Ideal clients
I treat anyone ages 18yrs and older with respect who might be experiencing depression/anxiety/trauma/addiction or dealing with life transitions. This includes people who might have experience with prior mental health or new. I With my 9 yrs of practicing in the mental health field, I use proactive and compassionate approach to help Client navigate this phase of their life without judgment regardless of race, gender or religion.
