I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, providing trauma-informed therapy via Telehealth with a focus on uncovering the deeper patterns that keep clients feeling stuck. I am trained in EMDR and help clients explore and transform the emotional learnings that drive their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, supporting lasting change and personal growth. I create a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely process difficult experiences, build self-awareness, and strengthen coping skills. By attending to both emotional and physiological experiences, I guide clients toward greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of empowerment in their daily lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and explore the reasons you're seeking therapy. I'll ask about your history, current concerns, and goals so we can work together and create a plan that fits your needs. This session is a chance for you to ask questions and see if my approach feels like a good fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a collaborative and compassionate approach, helping clients feel heard and understood. I'm skilled at uncovering the patterns and beliefs that keep clients stuck and guiding them towards lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who want more than coping skills. They're seeking deep, lasting shifts. We work together to bring awareness to unconscious emotional learnings that have bene shaping their lives, opening the way for genuine change.

I am trained in EMDR and integrate it into my work with clients. My approach is collaborative and paced to each client’s comfort, helping them safely process difficult experiences and reduce the intensity of distressing emotions. When it feels like the right fit, we decide together if EMDR could support your goals and promote lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have training and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with children, adolescents, and adults. In my work, I often draw on CBT tools to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
