My therapeutic style weaves together person-centered practices and the cognitive-behavioral framework, ensuring a bespoke experience that resonates with each individual's journey. Here are core tenets of my therapy sessions: Safety and Acceptance: Establishing a non-judgmental space to explore and understand one's self, Collaborative Goal-Setting: Engaging together in creating achievable and meaningful objectives, Practical Strategies: Crafting and adapting coping mechanisms, healing processes, and avenues for personal development

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect for both of us to get to know one another and take a somewhat deeper dive into your goals for services. I will assist you in honing in to make sure your goals are SMART, specifically reasonable and attainable so you feel better about the progress we plan to make.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams. I meet you where you are at from a non-judgemental and empathetic point of view. I allow time for my Clients to build up trust with me, so we can explore your tribulations and find a way to conquer them through collaboration.
