New to Grow
My journey into therapy began about 20 years ago with a desire to help others develop tools to manage life’s challenges. Working with clients, helping them manage their anxiety and depression, where their functioning in the home, school, relationships, community, and workplace has improved, has been so rewarding. I am driven by helping others grow and work towards their goals in treatment!
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We will develop goals together to have a sense of direction for future sessions. We’ll take one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
In therapy, we will work together to create specific, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals that matter to you—whether that’s managing anxiety and depression, improving relationships, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.
Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and depressive thoughts? I help adults who are managing anxiety and life transitions develop the tools they need to build resilience and feel empowered to manage stressors in their lives. Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, processing childhood experiences, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
