I believe that positive change can occur when we are given the space to explore the ways in which we cope with our life experiences. Seeking therapy is an honorable step towards living a more purposeful and balanced life. I prioritize creating a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment , which enables us to explore ourselves through our own unique story. My goal in therapy is to facilitate healing for individuals by looking at each person through a holistic, culturally sensitive, and strength-based lens. I am passionate about embracing inclusivity and working with diverse populations encompassing all backgrounds. My clinical experience includes community counseling/non-profit, college counseling, adolescent group therapy, and private practice settings. I have experience working with life-transitions , identity challenges & formation, anxiety, depression , LGBTQ+ related issues, and cultural & racial related challenges. I also work with activists and healers that need support during local and global crises. I employ a wide-range of approaches personalized to client’s needs with a person-centered , strengths-based , and mind-body foundation. Let’s unpack and process for a more fulfilling existence.
