My therapeutic identity was cultivated in my year long Clinical Hypnosis Training Program where I gained skills and insight on holistic interventions that complimented traditional therapies. Operating with an overarching theme of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I incorporate experiential work through the application of clinical hypnosis, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. Most importantly, my style is warm, accepting, and built on integrity.

While the session will focus heavily on intake, I always hope to provide a specific intervention and accompanying homework within the first session.
