New to Grow
Everyone has their own story and their own needs, but I like to use a solutions focused approach. I know that you are the expert on your own life and look forward to working hard with you towards an incorporated self with a full toolbelt of positive coping skills and self-knowledge. I bring warmth, creativity, and a sense of humor into the room, because therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. If you’re ready to feel a little lighter—and a lot less alone—let’s get started.
I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
As a queer Asian neurodivergent woman, I understand how isolating it can feel to move through systems and relationships that fail to fully see you. I bring a relational, identity-affirming approach to therapy that centers curiosity, authenticity, and care. I am especially passionate about supporting queer, neurodivergent, multicultural, and historically marginalized clients in feeling more understood, empowered, and connected to themselves.
I treat both individuals, and couples, ranging from ages 18-65+. I offer an affirming, safe space for people who identify as POC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent to explore their identities and deconstruct their own narrative within the larger lens of society. I work best with people who are interested in identifying new skills and practical next steps to help themselves grow.
