First session
Clients should expect to take away moments of deep reflection with the mind and body. Learning to look and feel somatically to what the body is saying to you.
Strengths
My greatest strengths are keeping a tune to your needs and being reflective on how to grow as a therapist.
Ideal clients
My approaches are inward with somatic experiencing. I have started training in EMDR. I want the client to notice their body and how it tells you what is happening to it. We then take our thoughts to help us understand ourselves better.
Treatment methods
EMDR
I am newly certified in EMDR and continue to utilize aspects of this in my therapy.
Polyvagal Therapy
I regularly refer to the window of tolerance. I am deepening my awareness of this therapy.
Somatic
The body keeps the score has been a catalyst with how we navigate therapy and therapeutic practices. I often talk about the body and how it holds our experiences.
