As a licensed therapist for more than 30 years, I have a broad background of professional experience and training. I strongly value warm emotionally safe relationships with my clientele. Processing your experiences, thoughts and feelings in therapy can make a difference! New insights and skills you learn in therapy can gradually reduce anxiety, depression, stress and grief/ loss and trauma symptoms. I employ an interweave of a variety of therapeutic interventions such as The Flash Technique (EMDR based), which is a very pleasant and rapid method for reducing trauma-related distress! I enjoy offering compassionate care while we work in a collaborative style to build new problem-solving skills, insights and strategies. Meaningful progress can be made in improving how you feel.
First session
