I’m a therapist who believes you already hold the answers to life’s challenges—I’m here to help you uncover them. Through existential exploration, ACT, and narrative therapy, we’ll work together to pull out the solutions that feel true to you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or working through relationship dynamics as a couple, we’ll incorporate a little humor along the way. Sometimes, it's so bad you have to laugh!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect it to be a time for us to get to know each other. It’s important for both of us to see if I’m a good fit for you, and if my approach feels like it aligns with your needs. Think of it as a "vibe check"—you’ll have the chance to ask me questions about anything you want, and I’ll do the same to understand your goals and challenges. This is about building trust and ensuring we’re on the same page moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are showing up authentically, without pretending to have all the answers. I don't play a role or claim to know what's best for you—instead, I listen deeply and ride alongside you on your personal growth journey. I focus on highlighting your strengths, helping you identify the tools and strategies to navigate challenges, and supporting you in redefining your meaning and purpose. Along the way, I bring a dose of humor to make the process feel more approachable and manageable.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve individuals navigating neurodivergent characteristics, including ADHD and ASD, as well as those dealing with anxiety and depression. My specific niche is in supporting EMS workers, nurses, and teachers, helping them manage the unique stressors and emotional demands of their professions. I work with clients to create strategies for managing anxiety and depression while honoring their strengths and challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, humor, and a deep understanding of the unique pressures in your life.

My treatment methods

Existential

In our work together, I use an existential approach to gently explore meaning in your relationships, work, and sense of self. I believe you already hold the answers—I'm just here to help you find them. With warmth, curiosity, and humor, we make space for healing and authentic growth.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients live with intention and align with their values. We make space for hard thoughts and emotions while building skills to set healthy boundaries—in work, relationships, and family—and move toward what truly matters, with compassion and clarity.

Couples Counseling

In couples therapy, I focus on treating the relationship—not blaming either partner. We work to increase mutual understanding, strengthen partnership, and rekindle connection and romance. It’s about healing together and building something stronger, side by side.

Narrative

In narrative therapy, we focus on reframing and reclaiming your story. By giving your experiences a voice, we work together to take back power and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you. It's about empowering you to create a life that feels true to who you are.
