Enrique Pinero
My name is Enrique Pinero. As a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges. These include depression, bipolar disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma (including survivors of domestic violence), social anxiety, difficulty expressing thoughts and feelings, anger management, and toxic or codependent relationships. I also work with clients who struggle with people-pleasing, setting healthy boundaries, low self-esteem, procrastination, difficulty concentrating, completing goals, and managing feelings of hopelessness or uncertainty.
First session
I believe that with the right attitude, anything is possible. My role is to help you develop insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Empowering clients in a responsible and balanced way is at the heart of my work. My goal is to create a therapy plan that works for you, not just in theory- but in real life.
Strengths
My approach draws from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Behavior Modification, Exposure Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychoeducation.
