New to Grow
My life experiences have taught me the value of presence, resilience, and genuine human connection, and these qualities shape who I am as a therapist. I bring a calm, steady, and compassionate personality to my work, creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. My approach is person‑centered, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and navigate challenges with clarity. I especially enjoy working with adults seeking balance, meaning, and growth during life transitions.
In our first session, we’ll take time to slow down and get a clear sense of what’s been happening in your life and what brings you to therapy now. I create a calm, grounded space where you can talk openly at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. We’ll explore your goals, your current stressors, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. By the end of the session, most clients feel more understood, more organized inside, and have a clearer sense of the direction we’ll take together.
I’m more likely to hold space quietly because I’ve learned that people open most naturally when they feel fully seen without interruption. My presence is steady, calm, and grounded, allowing clients to slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and discover their own insight without pressure or noise.
I work with adults navigating life–work balance, anxiety, and major life transitions, offering a grounded, person‑centered space where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and clarify what truly matters. Many of my clients are creative or sensitive individuals who feel pulled in multiple directions and need a steady, non‑judgmental presence to help them sort through overwhelm and regain a sense of agency. My approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and practical insight, supporting clients as they build healthier rhythms, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a more aligned and sustainable way of living.
I identify as
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person‑centered, Rogerian approach that emphasizes empathy, genuine connection, and unconditional positive regard so clients feel deeply understood and respected. I follow the client’s pace and perspective, helping them access their own insight, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth. My role is to create a safe, non‑judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self‑trust.
